jiliw ("jiliw," "we," "us," or "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of our online gaming platform. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jiliw collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects the personal information of Players and website visitors in connection with our services.

This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By creating a jiliw account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

This Policy applies to all personal data processed by jiliw in the course of operating its online gaming platform, including data collected through our website, mobile-optimized platform, customer support channels, and payment processing systems.

jiliw collects the following categories of personal data:

2.1 Registration and Identity Data. When you create a jiliw account, we collect your chosen username, registered Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and the password you create (stored only in hashed, non-reversible form). This data is necessary to establish and maintain your account.

2.2 KYC and Verification Data. Where identity verification is required — including for withdrawals above threshold amounts and in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations — jiliw may collect copies of Philippine government-issued identification documents such as your passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license, and associated data thereon including your full legal name and identification number.

2.3 Financial Transaction Data. jiliw records all deposits and withdrawal transactions associated with your account, including amounts, timestamps, payment method types (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), and transaction reference identifiers. We do not store full payment credentials such as bank account numbers or e-wallet PINs.

2.4 Gameplay and Activity Data. We collect records of your gameplay activity on jiliw, including games played, bets placed, outcomes, session durations, and bonus usage. This data is used for account management, responsible gaming monitoring, and compliance purposes.

2.5 Technical and Device Data. When you access jiliw, our systems automatically collect technical data including your IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, session identifiers, and access timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud detection, and platform performance optimization.

2.6 Customer Support Data. When you contact jiliw's support team — whether through live chat, email, or other channels — we retain records of those communications and any information you provide therein, for the purpose of resolving your query and improving our support quality.

jiliw uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Creating, maintaining, and securing your jiliw account
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank
• Verifying your identity and age (21+ requirement) during registration and ongoing account use
• Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct
• Monitoring gameplay for responsible gaming purposes, including identifying signs of problem gambling

jiliw does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Payment Processors. Transaction data is shared with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and associated payment network providers to the extent necessary to process your requested deposits and withdrawals. These providers are bound by their own applicable data protection obligations.

6.2 Game Software Providers. Gameplay identifiers (account identifiers and session data, but not your full identity) are processed by JILI Gaming and other game providers whose titles are available on jiliw. These providers are contractually bound to process data only for game delivery purposes.

6.3 KYC Service Providers. Identity document data provided for KYC verification is processed by our authorized identity verification partner(s) under strict data processing agreements, solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and age.

6.4 Regulatory Authorities. jiliw is required by Philippine law to disclose certain transaction and player data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine regulatory bodies upon lawful request or as required by applicable reporting obligations.

6.5 Law Enforcement. Where required by valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena), jiliw will disclose personal data to law enforcement authorities. We will, where legally permissible, notify you of such disclosures.

jiliw uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform and improve your experience. The categories of cookies we use are:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function — including session management, login state maintenance, and security features. These cannot be disabled without impairing platform functionality.
• Functional cookies: Store your preferences such as language settings and game display options to personalize your jiliw experience.
• Analytics cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how Players use jiliw to help us identify platform improvement opportunities. These are activated only with your consent.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the jiliw platform.

jiliw retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. The following retention standards apply:

• Active account data is retained for the duration of your account's existence plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC documentation is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (as amended).
• Customer support communication records are retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction.
• Technical and device data logs are retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months unless a specific security investigation requires longer retention.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with NPC-recommended data disposal standards.

• AES-256 encryption for sensitive personal and financial data stored in our systems
• OTP-based two-factor authentication for all account access and withdrawal requests
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis

• Incident response procedures aligned with NPC data breach notification requirements

In the event of a personal data breach that is reasonably likely to result in serious harm to affected individuals, jiliw will notify the NPC within 72 hours of discovery and will notify affected Players as required by law.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jiliw:

• Right to be Informed: You have the right to be informed about how your personal data is collected, processed, and used — which this Policy fulfills.
• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data jiliw holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data in your jiliw account.
• Right to Erasure or Blocking: You may request deletion or blocking of personal data where its processing is no longer necessary, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing violates the DPA — subject to jiliw's legal retention obligations.
• Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may also object to processing on grounds of legitimate interest where your privacy rights override those interests.
• Right to Data Portability: Where technically feasible, you may request that jiliw provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe jiliw has violated your data privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact jiliw's Data Protection Officer at the address provided in Section 15 of this Policy. We will respond to verified requests within fifteen (15) business days, or within the timeframe mandated by applicable NPC regulations.

jiliw is strictly an adult platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21 years. The minimum age for registration and use of jiliw is 21 years, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

If jiliw becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you have reason to believe that an underage individual has registered on jiliw, please contact our support team immediately.

In the course of providing our services, personal data processed by jiliw may be transferred to, or processed by, service providers located outside the Philippines — including game software providers and technical infrastructure partners. Where such transfers occur, jiliw ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data at a standard equivalent to Philippine data protection requirements, including contractual data processing agreements incorporating NPC-recognized transfer mechanisms.

jiliw may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new games, and special offers via your registered Philippine mobile number (SMS). Such communications are sent only where you have provided consent during registration or have subsequently opted in.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting jiliw support or by following the opt-out instructions included in any promotional message. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the sending of essential service communications (such as transaction confirmations and security alerts), which are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

jiliw reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect how we collect or use your personal data — will be communicated to you via your registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the jiliw platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of jiliw following notification of a Policy change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
