These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliw ("jiliw," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing the jiliw website, creating an account, or using any service offered by jiliw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliw platform. Your continued use of jiliw following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
To register and use jiliw, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
jiliw reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active jiliw account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jiliw will close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. jiliw accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the Player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jiliw will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Mobile Number Verification. A valid Philippine mobile number is required for account registration. This number is used for one-time PIN (OTP) authentication and account security alerts. You must ensure this number remains active and accessible.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). jiliw complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and may require identity verification at any stage. You agree to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license) upon request.
4.1 jiliw accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jiliw's discretion with notice to Players.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Where third-party deposits are detected, jiliw reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold funds pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account status. jiliw reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
4.4 jiliw is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, Players should contact jiliw support with transaction reference details.
4.5 All transactions on jiliw are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, if applicable, is the responsibility of the Player's payment provider.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. jiliw does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in the Player's name.
5.2 jiliw aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the Player's bank or e-wallet provider and are beyond jiliw's direct control once funds have been dispatched.
5.3 jiliw reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, and to delay processing pending verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
5.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
5.5 jiliw reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
6.1 jiliw offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which are disclosed at the time of offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified for each offer.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Where jiliw determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or manipulated any bonus offer — including through the creation of multiple accounts — jiliw reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and close the account.
6.4 jiliw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts.
6.5 Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that have expired are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
7.1 Each game available on jiliw is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.
7.2 All bets placed on jiliw are final once confirmed. jiliw does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse bets after they have been submitted and confirmed by the system.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, connectivity issues, or game software errors — jiliw reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings generated as a direct result of a documented technical error will not be honored.

jiliw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to Players via the registered mobile number or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of jiliw following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not agree with amendments may close their account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure requested in response to Terms amendments.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jiliw, you agree to first attempt resolution through jiliw's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
